European Parliament Traineeship 2023 (Fully Funded)
The application period for the European Parliament Traineeship 2023 is now open. The Schuman traineeships are paid and can be undertaken at one of the European Parliament’s official places of work. The European Parliament Internship is a five-month internship program in Brussels, Luxembourg, and Strasbourg. This traineeship program will be formally held at the Secretariat (Schuman traineeships) and Traineeships with Members of the European Parliament. International applicants of any nationality can apply. Applicants from European Union member countries are also able to apply. The European Parliament Traineeship will cover the Participants' expenses.
The EU Parliament Traineeship will run from 1 March 2023 to 31 July 2023. Participants must apply online between October 1 and October 31, 2022. The Schuman traineeships are available in a wide range of sectors, including EU internal and external policies, finance, law, multilingualism, administration, infrastructure and logistics, communication, and information technology.

Financial Coverage
This is a Paid Internship.
All Participants will receive a Monthly Stipend between EUR 858 and EUR 1407 for a full-time traineeship.
All Participants will receive a Travel Allowance of EUR 250 while travelling from home to their place of work.
Traineeship Period
1st March 2023-31 July 2023 (5 Months)
Required Qualifications
Be aged 18 or over
Have obtained a secondary-school leaving certificate corresponding to the level required for entry to university, or have followed a higher or technical course of study to an equivalent level, or have obtained a university diploma
Have a thorough knowledge of one of the official languages of the European Union;
Not be party to an employment contract or any working contractual relationship during their traineeship
Not have carried out a previous traineeship with a Member, nor have previously worked as a parliamentary assistant to a Member, whether local or accredited.

Select and apply for a maximum of three traineeships
If you are shortlisted, you will be required to provide certain supporting documents to prove your eligibility
If you are selected, you will get an official Admission Letter via email.
