Eligibility Criteria:

  • To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must not currently reside in Mexico.
  • Applicants need to possess the necessary degree, such as a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD, as specified by the program they are applying to.
  • A strong academic record is essential.
  • Applicants' academic and professional backgrounds should align with their chosen field of study.
  • Applicants must be enrolled or have been accepted into a program at one of the participating Mexican institutions. (Refer to the requirements down below).

  • Copy of a valid passport.
  • Signed declaration letter
  • Curriculum Vitae filled out using a word processor—maximum of 4 pages, signed by the applicant
  • Copy of a medical certificate. (If it is in a language other than Spanish, it must be sent with a certified translation).
  • Copy of last degree certificate
  • Acceptance letter from the receiving Mexican University

Therefore in order to receive the acceptance letter, applicants should:

  1. Verify that the institution is included in the annoucement call.
  2. Enter the internet to search for the contacts of the university through its official website.
  3. Begin the process requested by the institution for this acceptance letter.

Note: All documents and forms must be in Spanish or submitted with translations into Spanish.

How to apply:

Applications must adhere to the provisions outlined in the official guidelines, including the documents referred and the corresponding formats:

  1. Applications will be received electronically through the Academic Cooperation Management System (SIGCA) during its validity period.
  2. The application registration must be in Spanish.
  3. The SIGCA portal will remain open to receive applications until July 21 at 3:00 PM Central Mexico time.
